Title: Theme Reset
Post by: Vash on April 19, 2008, 04:39:20 am
I had to reset the theme's earlier. It seems as if only the "Core" theme and the Royal themes work.

Working on figuring out why.

I'll update as soon as I have something.

I would have no clue, but the boards I'm an Admin on uses SMF, and we sometimes have theme trouble as well.  it doesnt seem uncommon in this system

The themes that quit working were all very out of date, and probably shouldn't have been running anyway.

As I said the Royal themes still work fine.

I've been upgrading SMF most of the day, just got it running a few minutes ago, probably 30 or 40 minutes ago in a separate directory on a duplicated database. I'm 90% sure that had nothing to do with it, but I could be wrong.

Title: Update: Themes are Fixed
Post by: Vash on April 19, 2008, 05:07:41 am
Alright, resolved the theme problem.

Apparently I messed it up when I didn't redirect my url's when I installed the duplicate of SMF in another directory. When SMF 2 installed successfully it overroad the theme files in /forum/ since they were pointed in the wrong location.

To make a long story short, fixed.

Apologizes for the forced theme reset.

You'll be happy to know there are a !@#$% load of other themes to pick from. :p

I couldn't remember what was default.

I was wondering why the core theme had shown up to blind my eyes, lol. Yeah, the old Kokiri theme was the default one with the banner I made for it.

It's just an opinion. I don't like any of the dark themes. Of course, green is better than red or blue. I like the light green Kokiri the best though.
