Upcomming updates: I got nothin for now...

Legends speak of a world of great magic and terror.  A world where an evil and corrupt emporer ruled over the land.  For many years he tortured the people, many were even killed.  The constant attacks were getting out of hand.  The people backed down until one night their homes were burned to the ground.  In response, a wizard created a mask to destroy the emporer.  However, even it wasn't enough.  The wizard was banished to another world.  That was the last anyone ever heard of this world.  What became of it?  None know.

The wizard's body eventually dissapeared, leaving behind nothing but the mask.  It remained there until a stormy night when the God's power was out of balance. The imbalance caused something thatnot even the mask's creator could have predicted.  It split into two halves, each made up of the original contents put into it.  One representing Death, one representing Time.  Traces of the two dissapeared, some say they were taken by the Hylians only to dissapear along with the masks.  Where they remain today is unkown to most people.

-present time-
It's been a month since Link's triumph over Majora's Mask.  After leaving the world of Termina and returning to the Lost Woods, he came across a strange rock.  Picking it up was the last thing he remembered before being knocked out and woken up in the Kokiri Forest.  What just happened?  What's even weirder is what Saria told him upon waking up.  'Link, The Deku Tree...it's alive again.  He says he wants to talk to you."

Confused as ever, Link went to the Tree, where he learned of what is going on.  A demon from another world-Minion, is in search of the two masks of time and death.  For what reasonis unkown, but in the wrong hands this could mean true destruction of Hyrule and the world.  Link took his sword and headed to Hyrule Castle.

Screenshots:

Outside the Temple of Time, Huds need to be put back into place.. - Not sure who made the Temple of Time sprite..someone lemme know ^_^

Title Screen - due to change

Item menu - not filled

Demos-
Demo 3
http://mastergohanzero.sitesled.com/Masks%20of%20Time%20and%20Death%20demo%203.zip
this is the most up to date demo.  It has arrows, fire arrows, dins fire, nayrus love, farores wind, deku nuts, deku sticks, an ocarina, boomerang, bombs, and bombchus.
Controls:
A - Action (enter buildings and whatnot..) - Puase menu left
S - Pause Menu right
Shift - Sword
Z, X, C, S - C left, down, right, up
Enter - menu
D - Increase magic
F - decrease magic

glitches
I don't remember too many. but the biggest is the ocarina.  It keeps playing when it shouldn't.

Demo 4
http://mastergohanzero.sitesled.com/Masks%20of%20Time%20and%20Death%20demo%204.zip
Hooray finally...I swear the number 4 has jynxed itself ever since oot2d demo 4...but here's mine! ^_^  I've added 2 new items, namley ice arrows and an explosion launcher (fun fun fun!)  A few huds need to be set to scroll (magic meter, hearts, and the action hud).  There's a few soldiers scattered around the field (they're a bit glitchy, so be careful with em)

Controls:
same as demo 3
space bar - moves all enemies to their spawn point

Credits
TRM - menu items
Big MasterSword - MasterLink
Big Zelda logo - forgot who made it..
Nintendo - For lttp sprites and zelda of course
Clickteam - the title screen background
Counters - forgot who made them, but I didn't
DarkeSword - Title Screen theme
ZFGC -I wouldn't have started the project back up if I hadn't found this place back in the day.

And anyone else that I missed if there are any.

Well, even though they are resized due to ZFGC (right-click the graphics and "Show graphic" shows the real size), the HUD needs some work. Also, the size of the screen is a bit too big.
As for the game itself, I'm happy that you still work on it, and the story is nice too. Looking forward to it! :)
(P.S.: As you noticed, I edited your first post so you don't need to worry about those evil \\\s :P)

This story is very interesting.

And I think that there's a problem with the font, because it's written "FRESS ENTEF"...

that would probably be the image format, cuz it looks nothing like that in the game.

And yes, these are just beta shots.

eh...long story short, my old computer crapped out and I only recently got the harddrive back like a month or two ago, so I wasn't able to work on it.

If it wasn't for iron boots being equipped, I would have swimming sprites =)

I like your game, but the areas in the screenshots are much too empty.
