In essence, the root administrator can be changed, but it involves changing the password to something that the previous and future owners of the position know, and then you just change the name and gut it out. So, it is kind of possible, but the user number is something that will obviously be changed, but I guess that theoretically, if you knew how to work a database, you could swap these values; wait, no, that just sounds stupid and makes no sense to me. In terms of code though, if you knew everything, you could do it because code can be manipulated and overridden.
