ZFGC closed because the admins wanted to start 'project-X', which was, to change the forum into a full-fledged gaming site. They opened up the forums for people to post, but by then several people had left because they opposed the idea, and the administration didn't seem to listen to a large portion of the community. The new site was called GA, and never fully opened before they trashed the idea, admitting that it was too ambitious. They then merged with another gaming site/forum, called DSrevolution, which was much smaller. Metal, then said that he would open this place back up with TRM, but TRM then said he'd come back in 2 weeks and they'd open it. Its now been something like 5 weeks, and about a week ago, Metal Decided to open it up anyway with "Drewdelz" as the other admin. Drewdelz was the admin of ZFGC-x, a ZFGC re-make which actually succeeded. People who were mad about the closing of ZFGC made them, but For some reason, Drewdelz's (and kleaver helped start it too
) ZFGC-x thrived. So, thats how we got here, only opened about a week ago!
