WTF? Dell? XD That piece of crap will break a few days after the warrenty expiers.
Plus, if you pay that much for it now, you'll be getting ripped off. Cuz I bet that'll be 75% of that price in a few months... >_>

What is the point of spending that much money for a computer? Who in the world need that much power?

Oh, and for you non-believers...this is REAL. The casing is probably just a 3D model but I believe the XPS versions casings are made by Alienware....^__^

Anything by Dell ensures it's gonna be packed with several Dell labelled programs 'powered by dell' which will slow the computer down immensely, several of their own size specs for hardware so they an try to make you only buy from them, and of course a bomb inside that will explode if you start shopping for a new pc from anywhere but Dell on the internet (don't test this theory, the things I've seen...*shiver*).  Doesn't look like it has the best ventilation it could either, which is stupidity when you get to the point of 4 gpx cards, that much ram, and 2 HDs.  Components'll wear fast too (it's a Dell, they build their pcs expecting you to upgrade through them in the next few years).

Some games only run on ati cards, for example Thief 2: The Metal Age (a great game at that)

Better off building your own, or choosing a different company.

Rofl, yeah, its blakc when you first purchas it. It only looks like that after its been in the wall for 5 minutes. Make sure you have a fire extinguisher near by so you don't burn your house down form its faulty wireing.

Well anyways, Sounds cool I guess. But I still think the best way to go is to build your own computer from scratch... You could make that for a lot cheaper doing it from scratch.

Almsot every game is built for Nvidia cards...ATI is not the first party video card I think.

Hey, Dell beats Packard Bell anyday.

STARTING at $9930

Translation: You'll be paying ten times this amount each month just to power it.

Who would pay that much for something that in a year or two won't cost more than standard computers today?

Also, I doubt it's the most expensive PC ever, seeing as back in the day, those crappy old macs went for $10 - 15 K. I've seen ads. It's laughable.
