Why should I waste time drawing realistic stuff that I find ugly? Instead of drawing real life people you can better combine influences from both manga and realistic styles, or even western styles. Heres a good site http://www.fineart.sk/index.php?cat=1Bad example, his drawing obviously represents a teenage/young girl so the sizes there are wrong. And especially for the fact that heads can be bigger that reality in manga. Instead of 8 heads length for an adult, it should be 6/7 heads length.
