It was a .gz file the first time. Windows doesn't recognize those types of files. I've never seen it before myself! But the rapidshare link worked, so thanks! I'll tell Benito the issue's solved. (Emailed him)

I get an error saying the file is in an unknown format or damaged.

Um...ok.

May I be a beta tester?

I believe that Link sprite is MaJora's. Most of the good Zelda sprites you have are from ZFGC. That Temple of Time room is TRM's.

Does anyone still have them or know where I can find them? All the links in Benito's topics are broken, and they look like awesome engines.

Hey all! I know the majority uses GM, but I just wanted to ask for opinions. What would be better for making a Zelda game? (If you have never used MMF2 before, don't say GM ftw. Just say not sure, or what you think are GM's highest pros)

Thanks!

Least someone's still working on it. I still have all our old sprites and data. We're missing quite a few area maps, and we don't have an artist to design them. If we did then this game would be getting done, and not half-done.

I can still see the reasons I left this forum. I pity the poor fools who scare away the newcomers by bashing them and bitching. A first-time attempt at a MMORPG is never perfect, especially in the very first build. Don't expect a Zelda that's up to par with Nintendo unless you want to lose the new guys. MinAlien, I'm sorry for griping, but you are just an ass. I thought you were supposed to have left this place, anyway. To the first guy who said the engine sucked, you could always make your own version, or help him out instead of blasting the dude for his "bad idea".

*sigh*
I have yet to see a single community game come from ZFGC anyway. I'll watch this place, but I'll operate from my own site, away from the assholes.

Also, Onox was summoned from the Dark Realm, and Veran was a human who possessed magical powers. By the way, I'll have some screen shots and a demo soon.

I'm not entirely convinced. I'll have to play through Seasons again, but I'm pretty sure he was using some of Din's power, even to become a dragon. That's why he trapped her in the crystal.

I think it was like Veran's, only he didn't take possession. He stole their power, right? That's how he controlled the Temple of Seasons?

In other words, think splinter cell. Veran had the special power of possession, so what did Onox have?

That's true. As for the villan...

Onox, General of Darkness
Veran, Sorcoress of Shadows
???

I forgot what Koume and Kotake called the flames, but I remember one being the flame of despair.

The feedback I wanted was on what the third game would have been like, in accordance to the other two. For instance, Subrosians were affiliated with earth and fire, while Tokay were affiliated with water. So, the new race in my game is going to be affiliated with wind.

Get it now?

I'm not giving information because I'm not ready to present anything yet. I wanted ZFGC feedback so I could make the game fit in the spot it's supposed to be in (GBC Oracle Series). I ahven't beaten Ages yet, and I vaguely remember Seasons. That's why I'm asking what should be included.

Flames. Nothing but flames. Discontinued the project because

A) Nobody really cares about OoT2D anymore
B) I like the gbc games
C) I need practice before I attempt something big like that

Discussion for the third race in the Oracle Series. OoS has the Subrosians, and OoA has the Tokay (God I hate them). What would the third installment have had, if we focus on how the origins of the two other races came to be. (There was talk that Subrosians, as well as other characters, were taken from MM. I don't know where the Tokay came from though).

I had thought about the Deku, but then I found out about the Deku existing in OoA.

*Reason for this in the Ideas and Concepts forum is because I'm working on the third installment.
