Was Mary really a virgin when she was pregnant with Jesus?

I remember hearing somewhere that in the original language the bible was written in, the words for virgin and young are either the same or very similar. Now, which one sounds more likely to you? ;)

Then again, take a random poem (I suggest The Raven), put it through an autotranslation thing and translate it through ten languages then back to english, and you get a rough idea of what happened to the bible ;)

Guess this should be in debates though, shouldn't it? Meh, I'm "agnostic atheist" for various reasons so that bracket probably should exclude me from this topic, right? :P

I brush and mouthwash regularly, visit the dentist every few months, and have had surgery to correct an old anomaly in which some teeth grew in the roof of my mouth (had to have the roof of my mouth cut open, the teeth removed, and it stitched back up, t'was not pleasant). My teeth are, indeed, rather white, good sir.

I vote we bring back Gentlemen of ZFGC, bring it back hardcore.

Instead if growing in place of/pushing out the old teeth, they grew behind the gums. The skin of the roof of my mouth didn't split and still covered them, so I just had two small lumps there.

They had to be cut out, I needed stitches :P

Anyway, the bigger question is: Was Jesus a virgin?
Anyway, the even bigger question is: Is the flying spaghetti monster a virgin?
