Well I tried at making something in minish cap style and then I tied the BS mascots again and be for trying the other sides I thought of getting advice first so all advice welcome.(Note on the left are the new ones the right is the lttp style no edits now :).)

Looks pretty good, but honestly they resemble MC Link edits. Like the old LttP ones look like LttP Link edits. Still, looks good. But you could probably do better. Now let's wait for some of the other members to severely criticize your work.
-
could you post the originals for comparison?
-
Good idea. We see the LttP-styled versions, but what about the raw artwork of these characters?

Ok done. Will that help?Looks pretty good, but honestly they resemble MC Link edits. Like the old LttP ones look like LttP Link edits. Still, looks good. But you could probably do better. Now let's wait for some of the other members to severely criticize your work.
Thanks but how could I improve them?

Hat and hair need more work on the boy.
-
Ummm... I see no difference other than the edit. I could tell that. If they're mascots, don't you have artwork or something of them besides these sprites?

I don't think there is any artwork :( but I tried makeing the boy's hat look better see.(It's a light edit)

I'm no spriter, but here is what you need to fix.
You can see in my attachment that I made the hat smaller.
Your hat makes it seem like Boy is Brain from Pinky and the Brain with a huge upper head.
Shrink the hat.

The female version looks more like a boy with long hair. If it is a female, give it more feminine features. Study Zelda and the female towns people.
-
OK how is this?I tried making the girl look more feminine and I noticed none of the girl NPCs had all their eyes showing so I just decided to stick with Link's and I touched up the Boy's hatand had the girl's hair a little longer.I'm having trouble with the sides and Girl's hair though.

The issue is that you're using the same Link face for both the boy and the girl. That works fine for lttp due to the lack of detail, but not for MC at all.
-
^ Beat me to it
I guess most of the face is really the eyes, that's what kept bothering me. Changing the shape of the eyes should fix the link issue.

Agree, with Mammy. But I have to add, that the body is not really feminine either. Both of them have Link's cone shape, while with MC women the hourglass figure is better visible. The size of the female's wast should be smaller. Being female is not only about the hair, but is the facial expression and body figure as well. Otherwise it is just a cross dressing male.
-
I just realized, you meant the mascots from the BS Zelda games, right? The ones who replaced Link?
Anyways, don't use the same face. Alter it a little, make the body a bit more feminine, and you should do fine.

::P she never was feminine... The original is the lttp version that's included with his edits. It's basically just a head replacement, so the body is stocky. I see the body as fine (as just a head edit), but the eyes need to go
