It's the British National Party. They are a political party (like Labour, Conservatives and so-on) with views that lead to them being compared to the Nazi party of Hitler.

Anti-Homosexual, Anti-Immigration and so-on :P

Depends one where you are. In the cities a lot are, but where I live (pretty much the countryside) that majority of people are nice. You get some dicks, but you get some everywhere.
