I have about 15 of my SNES games still and none of the cartridges design looks like that.

This form is what we had in Europe, so I guess it is PAL yeah.

There's already a thread about it in completed proects: http://www.zfgc.com/forum/index.php?topic=12655.0
The rom patch file isn't illegal by itself, so you can download that. You'll have to find the rom yourself though.
