I've wondered for a while... how works this Credit system ( under the Avatar )?

How can you give / get Credit?

I believe it was used to get access to spam back then. You get credits by submitting resources and games. They have no sue now I think...

Yeah, that's what it was. You had to earn the right to post in Spam... and the Spam was removed, and we still have credits.

come to think of it, do rupees even have a point still?

He's using a theme. Find it in your profile menu. I think it's under Look & Layout Preferences, or something like that.
