The left side of the upper half of the tower looks choppy and not aligned right.

Doesn't look much like MC style except for the stones.

i used the mc color palette. I dont see how you can make it look exactly MC since most of the design on the clock tower are custom. If you are going to comment about atleast give some suggestions

How about this suggestion: Use the same size lines for the whole sprite. :P

are you talking about the brick on the upper part of the tower? if so, the clock thing is going to cover that up...i know the brick is off, i didnt want to put detail into when its just going to be covered up..ya get what im saying? but i mean does it look mc enough? if not what could be improved to make it look better...?

No, he means that you are mixing pixel sizes, which is one of the worst things you can do to a poor sprite. Example:

You see how parts of it use 1 square pixels and parts of it use 2 square pixels? DON'T DO IT!

As for the bricks, they're just tiled wrong. All the way to the bottom of the tower. Where the clock won't be covering them up. >_>

It has an odd scale.

Well, if it's 2x, why are there pixels that aren't 2x. You should first sprite it 1x, and then just resize it to 2x, to maintain the balance.
And it has very strange view, it just doesn't make sense to me.
For a start, it's decent, but on the other hand needs some major work as well.

So basically you made a terrible sprite and when people try to give you constructive criticism on how to fix it you make an excuse on why you don't have to change anything. Both halves of your clock tower are terrible. Actually go read what people said on how to fix this sprite, although I don't believe you will I can at least attempt to help. See, Moldorma's Post.

So because you are not an expert spriter you can't go back and look at Moldorma's post in this very topic telling you what is wrong about it and how to fix it?

THIS is what I am talking about.

Something you completely ignored.

Yeah he's right, you're using 1x pixels on a sprite which is being shown to us at 2x size, if you were to put that into a game, it'd look horrible when resized back down to 1x size.

Well yes you can make it look exactly MC since its all about the view, ammount of colors and size etc, and first off try to strait up the thing with the pixels so its 2x pixels on everything, second off that edit to looks plain oddly to me, i see that you are trying to get the clock part of the tower, but its totaly another view than the rest of the tower, also i see that some of the tiles are messed up like the stone wall tiles. Also, erm the ground door to the inner part of the tower, wrong darker colors there. Anyway thats all i have to say, keep it up! :)

i didnt ignore his comment, i asked if anyone could help me fix it as in edit the sprite for me. If anyone wants to edit it from there I will give you credit for my game.

At the moment what i'm wondering is, how freaking big is your game going to be?? Looking at the clock tower, the other sprites I would imagine would be HUGE!

i said before its 2x because im using rpg maker xp and thats the size it uses. you are used to seeing small sprites because everyone uses game maker

XD

You crack me up Tofuu. The size of your sprite is NOT 2x size. Some parts of it are 1x size and other parts are 2x size. I give up on helping you...

dude, would you mind fixing it for me then? Since I dont know what the hell I am doing, lol. Yes I understand you showed me before, I just dont see on the sprite where the difference is, so can you fix it or point out the spots or something?

Decrease the scale by 50%, then fix up what looks wrong from there.

People aren't going to just do your sprites for you. Do what Windy said...
