Looks pretty great, man! Still love the alcove with the windows, and the second floor study looks sweet. There's a couple things about the second floor's floor that bother me. The beams over the opening would be floor beams supporting the second floor logically. That means a couple things to me, one that they wouldn't be wide and thin, because that's not strong, but they'd be thicker beams. Also, they wouldn't go over the floor where they meet, because they're holding it up. It's also not too logical to have a stone floor in this case, since it's being supported by wooden beams. Other side note is that the posts with rope/chain used as railings don't make a ton of sense inside a house either, you always see fixed railings in houses.
So those are basically little details based on logic from the real world, and this is a video game. If the design is better ignoring logic, go for it. But I personally think paying attention to those details and thinking about unimportant things like, "how did they build this house?", those details make a good thing better.
On another note, sometime we should make a teddy bear to sit on one of the beds, or a toy boat to go on a shelf, etc. To make it look like kids live here more.
