Ice Cubes
A Small, Fun and Slightly Addictive Puzzle Game

Welcome to the world of Ice Cubes, a short puzzle game, it's well, a very simple idea, and it's not the only game using that idea... basically, you control a little cube, named "Cubes" who is trapped in an ice dungeon, put there by an evil cube. He tries to escape, but annoyingly, the entire floor is covered in ice, and once he starts moving, he can't stop! He cannot stop until he hits a stationary block which can stop him, allowing him to move in another direction, until he finally gets to the exit. This game isn't extremely good, as I made it in 2004 :-\.

Nice and simple concept there, quite nice graphics also. I think the game feels addictive for a while, but you can get bored of it, i think maybe it needs a little something to spice it up a little more, perhaps game modes.

Fun put a nice gaming break in my browsing hehe. It reminds me of those bits in pokemon and another game I played somewhere cant for the life of me remember.

The music is from Donkey Kong isn't it? or am I mistaken?

Downloads fixed. I've got more mirrors, and now I've hosted the file on my Google site too.
I have no idea where the sound came from, it was in a GM resource pack.
I'm going to put a sound on/off function in... I only just realised there wasn't one... :-\.

This looks sweet! I loved those parts in Pokemon and, um, Dragon Quest V(I think) where you had to do that. I never thought of a whole game made out of it. I'm about to try it.

EDIT: It's really fun! The only thing about it that's pretty annoying is that there doesn't seem to be a way to restart a level. Oh, and I think there should be different modes with different-sized levels!

Very fun ame, though a bit too easy - I beat it my first run-through. But that could be because I do puzzles akin to that all the time, so...

Anyways, GREAT game, amused me fore some time.

Yeah, I'm working on making the sequel harder :-\.

Forgot to mention, press "R" to restart the level.
