Hey another turn based Zelda RPG in the mix sounds good to me. Sage Knight doesn't need to be the only one. Only thing I suggest is a better title then Zelda RPG.
Bludleef, Fado is the girl with blonde hair. Excerpt from Wikipedia:
"Fado is the blond Kokiri girl standing at the end of the bridges leading from Saria's house. In Link's younger years, all she does is stand there. When Link talks with her while wearing a mask, she'll say different things than the other Kokiri and usually mentions Mido as well. On a previous version of the official Zelda website, the caption under a screenshot of her stated that the game designers gave her the name 'Fado' during development though it was never mentioned in the game."
So, like I said, there are only three who don't have auburn or orange hair- Saria and Fado in OoT, and a different Fado in TWW.
While I have yet to see other examples of characters from your game, I have a few gripes about this sprite.Well here is an updated version I changed the colours a bit.
First, the arms are just kind of sprouting from the jaw. Maybe all of the sprites in your game look like that, maybe it's because she's a little girl. I've rarely seen a sprite that has the shoulders above the neck. This can be overlooked as just a style choice, though.
The second problem is the number of colors used in the tunic. Sure, there's nothing wrong with using three colors on something like that, but seeing at how the legs use five colors and the hair uses seven... Well, the tunic just looks bad.
The head-on view is a bit odd for a Zelda game, but not a realy problem. Other than that... well, actually, there is one minor thing. The majority of the Kokiri had auburn or orange hair. As far as I know, there were only three Kokiri who didn't- Saria and Fado in OoT, and (a different) Fado in TWW.
I don't even think I'll bother watching it. If they manufacture it and expect money out of it (which, legally, they damn well should not) I'm not going to go looking around the internet to order a copy. And if they put it up for download I'm not going to waste my time download hundreds of megabytes for something I won't enjoy anyway.Well said. However, if they really intent to sell copies or make money in ANY way with it, it will be a matter of hours (if not minutes) until Nintendo forces the host of the site(s) to shut it down. There are just fanboys that are checking it the very first second it comes out and instantly write mails to Nintendo... heck, if the creators are already saying they're going to sell it, it's a wonder they haven't been sued yet. O_oadvent children was a very good movie, but final fantasy would NOT be good with live actors...Also zelda shouldn't leave video games...it just shouldn't.My post in a nutshell, LOL
TP Soundtrack for inspiration on SKI didnt like it. The only theme I listen to is Midna's Desperate Hour. Hopefully Volume 2 will be better...
This news is so old as Jesus himself.
Well, a lot of people help others just out of the kindness of their hearts. I don't think credit is necessary, but I'd strongly recommend giving credit anyway, unless the person has helped you with a very minor issue.
