The voting for the Costume Contest is now open. If you are a participant and you and not in the master poll feel free to message me via PM and I will add you in as well as making a notice to others that you are now involved.
So yeah, you can vote the three you like the most, and the one with the most votes will be named the Pumpkin King or Queen. Voting ends in five or so days - this number is rather arbitrary. The master poll contains links to pages of each participant in their costumes.
