Even if I do select it, it still does it.

Additionally, it would be helpful to indicate what forum theme you are using and what type of attachment you are trying to upload with your post. Based on the information in your other topic, you could be experiencing a timeout due to your own Internet connection when doing an upload, the file you are trying to upload is too large, or the file is possibly in an invalid format - or it could be some other issue altogether.
