Seriously, though, awesome job.  I'm loving the sprites, though maybe you could makes the circluar pillar in the shadow temple a bit more circluar.  And the screen does look a bit too big, but I guess I could get used to it in time.  Keep up the good work!

Why not? It's not like you have to take the Heart Containers from the bosses. Try playing Ocarina of Time with just 3 hearts without dying, I've done it. It's something to be proud of :D!

So, hi again guys, I said I was going to show u a screen from the Temple of Shadow, so here it is:
I change the frame for the buttons and Whyz is programming on his side.


 
So give me your comments, I hope u recognize the place and hope u like it! ;)
When i played master quest, i thought about what that particular area would look like in 2d: The reason being how unusual it would eb to push around that object and rotate with it as you push, as well as how many animation frames would be needed to recreate it in that detail.
So...How many frames has that state got for its full rotation? ..As its flash you might be rotating components of it i suppose, but with the actual statue it'll need unique frames.
Also, how does the pushing of the statue work...Is it like, get in position, then hold own a key and as long as you do it moves link around and rotates the thing?

These might be mockups o_O Because..

1. If link was pushing that stone...he'd be pushing it...not..walking into it xD
2. I dont think any game makers show the FULL screen when playing...even in full screen, and if it was in GM, and it was full screen...it would look sorta....zoomed in because when GM is full screen it sorta looks stretched...so I dunno...

And if it is real...nice

Ok Iread almost all your comments and I dunno why you think this is a mockup. The resolution of the screen is like that in our game, why I have to do it smaller?

For the name of the screen, I called it Shadow Temple 20, so I dunno why its written 2hv ????

For the heart containers, sorry but we can have 8 heart at Shadow Temple, you choose or not to take full heart after boss's death.

For the rotation of the pillar, I've made it but it taook me so much time. You don't see link push on the screen cause he's not pushing. If he would, it would be written action on the blue button.

Anyway, I hope you ike it! :)
