Go for the blue eyes, shrink the hair, and look close at some NPCs from MC itself to get a better idea.  Right now, your Boy looks more like a small Link rather than just a normal boy.  Unless that is what you are going for, you need to change it a bit.

Although it looks better, you still need to look at the url I posted.
Unless of course you are making the Boy to be the main hero of your game in place of Link.
Also, trying to modernize MC style is not a good idea.  What I mean is that making modern looking people instead of mediveal/fantasy people using MC style is not good unless you really really know what you are doing.

I did look at your URL and I'm not trying to make the boy like as small like those kids.I'm making him look like rather a 10-12 years old boy.Yes,The boy is the main hero.How can I make it look more better.The designs I would like to use are these ones http://www.capsulecomputers.com.au/wp-content/uploads/pokemon-black-white-trainers.jpg .

Then use pokemon style.  Minish Cap style was not really meant for making sprites of "modern" people.  that is why your entire sprite looks off.  I was actually going to say that your character looks more fitting in a Pokemon game than a Zelda game.

You should really look into Pokemon games instead of the Minish Cap for making a modern looking person.
That and at your current skill level, Pokemon style would be much easier for you to learn spriting on.
