No offence Kev mate but I'd hate visiting your site no matter how cool it looked if your spelling sucked there as much as it did in this topic XD

Good luck mate but get a dictionary ;)

I've never been a huge fan but I have loved the prime series (including hunters) but those screens made me need a change of pants (TMI, I know). they are awesome.

Signed, although I doubt it'll amount to anything. The very fact that the BBFC banned this while letting the Jason/Nightmare movies through the net is a complete !@#$% joke. Any responsible parent wouldn't dream of buying their kid a game called "Manhunt" but an adult should be allowed to have the choice to play a violent game or not. I'm sick of this nanny-state !@#$%.

These people have obviously never played Postal2 or any of the GTA games, you get called far worse things in those games :D

I once had a dog called Spaz....he chased after a cat and got killed by a car....in retrospect the name was quite fitting..

C'mon people, lol until about ten years ago the "Scope" shops were called "The Spastic Society" it's a word and used in context it shouldn't have become derogatory.

Well, I've been kinda busy the last 3 or so months so excuse me for not seeing it earlier, some of us DO have lives away from the PC you know, Mr "Older than Jesus".

Hehe, anyway a futuristic zelda does exist, it's called Metroid. :P
You have to admit that they do play very similarly in the exploration, hell even Super Metroids labrinth was raminicent of AoL's levels. Both Zelda 2 and Metroid 2 are the worst in the series and you can bet your ass that the next Zelda will be first person, I'll eat my hat if it's not (okay, i'll buy a hat THEN eat it). I'm not saying I want a FP Zelda but it's almost bound to happen.

That was a completely valid comment in a thread about Metroid Prime 3, nice contribution.  ::)

I thought (and really really hoped) it was fake, I thought some of the artwork looked familiar, just couldn't put my finger on it. I'd hate Zelda and Nintendo if they butchered Zelda in such a way as this. Nice Logo though.

There we go, NOW I'm getting excited.

Couldn't have put it better myself, I wasn't overly impressed with the old footage/screenies but now, now it looks like one of the best looking games on Wii.

Someone likes drawn women a little too much...

Anyway, that was amazing. Very amazing.

LOL That coming from AoDC :P

« on: June 08, 2007, 03:47:47 pm »
No, I'm sorry but to play the game THAT much to be able to do it in 5 hours is just plain sad, it's not about having different interests than me its about doing something other than playing TP until your eyes bleed/ you get arthritis in your wrists and every single finger. As for not discovering them himself they still require practice to pull off so you're argument is somewhat defunct.

In my opinion this guy isn't as "lifeless" as the speed run guy, thats mosaic art, thats really awesome stuff. This guy is talented.

Never liked Tomb Raider, mainly cos it's rotational controls suck arse (as did Resident Evils 1-3 + Veronica).
Might get this version second hand a few months after release as one of those "hey look the Wii isn't just about minigames" games. Same reason I bothered with RE:DS on the NDS.

Bleh people who do a speed run of such a large game need to go get a girlfriend/boyfriend/a life
I mean how long did it take him to find all those shortcuts? No life = nerd.

That's defenitly an opinion and not a fact.
Facts are based on opinions.
Anyway, this doesn't look bad either good.
I won't get any new zelda game until they do something "really" new.

Facts are not based on opinion. Facts are a truth, that is why they are called FACTS.

I agree.
@Confused_gamer: That wasn't my next question, my next question would have been "why do you feel the need to share the same opinion every time someone starts a new PH topic? we all know you dont like it, those who do just don't care. lol :P

Yes, yes we know you guys don't like it, do you really have to re-affirm yourselves on this same bloody point every. Single. Time? Honestly. If you don't like it don't buy it.

Also, TWW style is awesome. anyone who disagrees is a dirty tramp.

Entertainment / Re: Teletubbies promotes Homosexuality?
« on: June 01, 2007, 01:35:22 pm »
I read this somewhere earlier, it's actually not that funny. Hetero/Homosexuality is not a choice it is a state of mind and cannot be taught. To claim that Teletubies promotes Homosexuality is to say that there is a problem with someone being gay.

The other argument to this is that it is for young children...in which case I say "So what?" they dont understand that the teletubies are all a bit gay.

Finally to concerned parents I'd say "You do remember TV programs such as Andy Pandy, Bill and Ben, Rainbow and Pinky and Perky, right?" Cos every single one of those shows had characters that you could claim "Promoted homosexuality" and you don't see all the viewers of that show now shagging every person they can see who is the same gender do you? Pathetic.
