That is actually the perfect idea since it saves filesize by a bit for graphics, not to mention, saves all this discussion about resizing everything and such :)
I think that is how he does it. Look at various screens; Link sometimes has stretched pixels... So he could just change the window scale value.

Yes, that's how I do it.... but if I don't scale it, some graphics of the quality will be lost. not to mention it's easier to make bigger levels...
Also, about the house...I'll try to make it looked better without making it look to crowded or wide. If I can't, then this size stays. :P

If you plan to use those two blue boxes later in your game, make them look like boxes and not floor decorations.

This looks great, but it seems to me the A and B buttons (Well, the green and blue buttons...) should be t'other way round.

Try to make the room proportions as close as possible to LttP so it doesn't look like there's a lot of empty space between the walls. Other than that, excellent progress!
