Best thing I could think of is maybe add a lake?  XD Or maybe a field of grass or trees? Also, you should do something about those trees because those trees perfectly/evenly layed becomes very unappealing and makes the map look very plain.

Like TanukiMario said, the tree layout is kind of plain.  Also, I do not know if this is how you are doing it, but the trees in Minish Cap have two layers.  The tree trunk is drawn below Link's depth and the leaves are drawn above Link's depth.  The way you have it now, if you are going for realism compared to Minish Cap, the layout of your trees is not solid, but has a "pathway"; the tiles that make up the top of the tree are for the most part have no solid object at their coordinates so you walk directly beneath them.

The trees also see to bunch up linearly on the left and bottom.  Making it so the trees themselves are not in a literal phalanx would make them seem more realistically placed.  The dirt pathway in the grass is also a little too linear and breaks of funny towards the bottom corner.  It is good though that you have something though.

These are not optimized at all, but they illustrate the point well enough:

I would suggeste to put a lake.
With some rocks around it.
And maybe some of those little plant in the lake, you know the ones that the frogs always stay on Right ?
