Final character design for my game.

New colored version, with some inevitable details added:

its missing its nose, and mouth,

It looks pretty good,
but the shoes are wrong they should be boots, the hands are wrong, link wears leather gloves
other then that great job

That's the plan. Stylistically, it's meant to be between WW or MC and TP.

And, yeah - obviously I know there's no nose and mouth. 9_9 The mouth only appears when it's dynamic, eg smiling, frowning, shouting - the nose appears as a shade on the portrait view, which this doesn't have - it's monochrome. And like I said, it's the final design for my game. If I choose not to give Link gloves or boots, too bad. You'll also notice he has sleeves, which he didn't in OOT or MM, so there's really no one outfit for Link.

Well, only 3D games have mouths... if this is 3D, well... yeah!
It looks like an adult WW link
mostly the eyes and simplicity of the drawing...

It does look really good. The feet look kinda weird though but other than that, everything looks good to me.

Oh. Um, I've already coloured it, but if you like, I can send you the Inkscape SVG for the original, or a hi-res image if you don't have inkscape which you can color and show me your take on. I'd love that.

Thanks a heap, really. I sketched it into a notebook (although normally my original drawing would be on larger paper :P), scanned it into the computer, imported it into Inkscape, went over the lines and then added colors. Inkscape's freeware, by the way, so check it out - http://www.inkscape.org/

edit - damn, I forgot to shade the tunic. I'll do that and upload the result.

Do you want the picture in a higher resolution? Also, you'll see I updated some lines, so tell me what res you want (it's currently 236x670) and I'll get you the updated lines. And do you want black on white or black on transparent background? What image editing software do you have? Just so I know what to give you.

btw, I think I kept the asian look with the new lines. That was tricky, since he desperately needed eyebrows and a mouth and stuff. ^_^;;
