C++ is harder to learn but much easier to create games from scratch because you do alot your self and you know what it's doing. IMHO C# only has Garbage collection on it side (I used C# for a long while and i'm now switching back to C++)
Thats a terribly narrow view of the features of both languages.

Simply put, each has their own advantages and disadvantages it all depends on what you wish to do with them.

With C++ you can use PAlib, an NDS LIB.

Yes, but that only matters for knowing the syntax of C
so no matter if you learn C++ or C#, you'll still be able to get used to the syntax of the other very fast afterwards and then use such libs anyway :S

I think getting used to something like DirectX in either C++ or C# would be the problem, for example
