If you are scheduled to fight on a certain date, you should independently come to a decision of what time to fight with yourself, your opponent, and myself. Doing this can either be done through PMs or by posting a topic in this board prior to the date of your match. For everyone to be certain about the time though be sure to include a reference to your time zone if you are referring to a specific hour.
