That was fun. 4sword, how do you non-contact mortor slide with Snake? I've heard several methods (A then C-Stick up, C-Stick side then C-Stick up, ect.) but I can't do any of them. :(

I run, flick the c-stick, and then immediately press the z-button and up on the control stick.  Also, those matches were alright until people kept using their mains all the time and it just got boring.

I hate that. I rarely play as Lucas or Wolf unless on tourneys or against Kylink when he's Falco. It's also ironic that Kylink is so much better with Falco than I am with Wolf...and yet i've gotten much farther in the tourney.

Same here, i usually only use pit once or twice against you guys, then i usually just pick random.

Thanks. I tried this in trainning mode, but I've only pulled off a couple at normal speed. I need to practice. :-\

EDIT: Holy !@#$%! All of the sudden I'm doing it pretty consistently! :D

Yeah, it was difficult for me to do at normal speed because I kept just having the result of being grabby.  Once I started flicking the c-stick it was easy enough.  Also, if you hold the z-button at the end of the technique, you can charge the mortar so that you can do more with it like that.  I tend to just release right away though, I mainly use the slide for the speed boost.

Same here. It'll be useful for chasing opponents after hitting them pretty far.

Wow, I sure mastered executing it pretty fast. :o It's alot easier this way then it is the way I was trying to do it (C-Stick side, then C-Stick up)

I was the first to die whenever I played as anyone other then Snake and Toon Link. I need to play as Random more often. :-[

My favorite moment was when I used Jigglypuff's final smash and killed like two people or when Dedede had someone inhaled and I tazed its belly with Zero-Suit Samus's over-b attack.  I had fun though, we should do this again sometime or something.
