My Nintendo DS' clock is wrong :(. In Animal Crossing, Bill was going to meet me at 11:00, so I went on at 10:56, and BAM! The DS clock was set to 11:56. And I missed him, and he called me a jerk after that and didn't talk to me for ages.

(PS: It's 11:07 now, so it was just a couple of minutes ago that it happened)

Have you had any annoying experiences all due down to little mistakes?

On mario kart I set down a banana peel (I was in the lead) then on the last lap, right in front of the finish line, I hit it and fell off the edge into the water (Yoshi's falls). The other guy passed me.

Well not on DS but many puzzle games I have by moving the wrong things etc lol

Sonic 2 way back on Genesis. I was in Metropolis Zone right near the end. I moved up by running on those giant screws. Tails appeard in the middle of the next hall on a giant screw (attached to nothing mind you) and crushed me.

I also remember being sent through walls by running too fast...Sonic 2 is good but REALLY glitchy.
