Hi Guys!
I've seen the demo a few days ago...
and... IT'S SO DAMN !@#$% AWSOME!!!
well... doesn't anyone have the .gm6 file of it?
please, I could need it, because of the text engine, and opening... and I have problems with creating the right HUD... I don't know why, but the Icons never appear on the same place... as you see, I'm quite a noob...
but about the demo: I think that you really should change the controls a bit... it doesn't feel right with having to equip the sword to a button to slash... I know it's gameboy feeling, but it doesn't match OoT...

If you're so new to game design, you wouldn't be able to make heads or tails of the game's source anyways. Get some tutorials, open game maker, LEARN ON YOUR OWN. If you cant figure out how to make a text engine, how to use views, how to make your own HUD, etc, you'll never manage to make your own game. Onto my playtest of the demo It was great! (what I played of it). True to the GB Zelda feel, and still true to OOT. Although it does feel different having to use item slots in an OOT game for a sword & shield, it makes perfect sense in the GB Zelda system. This is the first 2D OOT remake that I have found to be promising. Keep up your good work! And if you start falling behind, remember this: you're already farther than anybody else has gotten on an OOT2D game, so nobody can !@#$% at you for it!

There's such a double standard about religion in the modern world. Catholics can gather, wear white robes, and say "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti" and be considered normal.
But if my friends and I gather, wear black robes, and say "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", we're considered cultists.
