Do you know how to fix these kind of water effects in photoshop?:

a good tutorial site for this, then even better!
Btw, there was no water in the pictures before, so it's been photoshopped :o

For the first.. I think you'd mainly have to mess around with filters and whatnot. Here's something similar.

I found these on www.good-tutorials.com A lot of them are crappy, but if you ever have to make something specific, search it. I haven't found anything TOO great because a lot of their tutorials have to do with filters [except they use them badly] but you can surely pick up some tips by reading a few, even if you don't follow the tut directly.
