Why no debates on Sarkozy, Putin, Blair, Brown, the Pope, or whatever? Why always about Bush, just knowing it'll turn into a horrible discussion about lies on WMDs or his religiousness?

If I were an American I wouldn't have taken that lightly. Bush's presence seems to prove that the 'American dream' has been taken to extremes. Literally anyone could become president.
