of the footage from 1:10 to 1:14 (start when he pulls out the apple, get him biting into it and squinting, but exclude the sideways dude in gray/black. just cut it before it shows that dude. get all of the squinty-apple-eating action, please)

I'd imagine you could just upload one of them to Photobucket and use their resizing tools if you need an avatar/thumbnail sized one.
