Anything I'm missing from the list?

Also, do all the parts come with screws to install them in the case? Will I need anything special like thermal paste, or is it okay since I have a heat sink? How difficult is it to get the jumper settings set correctly and whatnot in the bios? Will I need anything like an extra case fan, or is that not really necessary?

The case itself should come with all the necessary screws.

Seems to be in order, just check to see if everything matches and fits in with each other.

I cant get my new motherboard I gotta wait :(

You should get the OEM version of Windows XP:

It's the same thing, but it only comes with the CD and key. And it's half the price as the retail version.

Screws should come in a little package with the case. You do need thermal paste but most processors (or is it the heatsink?) usually come with it on them already. It'll be easy to tell as they'll be a circle of gunk on it, that gunk is the thermal paste. With new computers I've honestly never had to set any jumper settings with the BIOS. Infact the only time I've ever had to adjust BIOS settings with jumpers is on an old Dual Processor 200mhz machine. Unless your thinking of overclocking, the case should have enough fans already.
