Protip: nobody uses #zfgc anymore, but secret "chatlink circle-jerk" channels which you will  NEVER EVER  be able to get rid of. I also haven't seen a link to zfgc in months, but stumbled on an EZD thread and knew it had to be pure gold.

Valve already decided they didn't like grenades (even then they were only experimenting with class specific grenades) in TF2. I'm guessing the "random drops" would probably only last until you die anyway, seeing as Valve seems to like a bit of randomness in the game (crits and whatnot.)
