speaking of things we have to wait for, I wanted to see Kimi no na wa (Your Name) since it's hype train has been off the !@#$% rails, but it's already finished up in aus theatres. Now I gotta wait til like october for the blu-ray :/

I can't check it out now due to being on a shitty net connection, but have you got any audio system stuff setup yet? I might get to work trying out some sound design and music composition when I can find the time! I'll probably fork the project if the git's updated and I can figure out what I need for building.

I believe gamemaker has some kind of timer task type thing that you could probably use too, so it only does the check once per second or something like that.

They didn't even bother to change the colour palettes at all, might have been a little less obvious if they had. Saddens me to see the people on kickstarter funding this when there's a chance it'll get shutdown by ninty.

The two songs played one after another while I was listening to my anime music playlist. I knew what I had to do!
The 'sides' are named after the song that the vocals come from, if that makes sense!

I watched it subbed as it was airing, and for the most part I quite enjoyed it.

The second arc did sort of feel tacked on though, it did add to the story but it wasn't the same in the new world.
It's definitely worth a watch though, it was some of the better writing to come out of that season.

I did, I'm under loopyluke on there, this is the only place I still use this username from memory.

You'll have to clone Gears via git bash to not submodule it.
Ah cool, I'll recreate all my folder structure then. Was trying to do it the lazy way via right-click context menus :P

Also, I'm not entirely sure how much help I'll be on this project as I've hardly touched C# before and probably won't have a hell of a lot of time to work on this, but we'll see what happens!

Do we add gears as a submodule? Tortoise doesn't give the option to clone when you're already inside a cloned repo.
Edit: Seems to work this way, I can build successfully. Not sure if it's the proper way to go about git though.

The buttons are little thumbs up/thumbs down icons right underneath. The green one is for ++ and the red one's for --.
