I've been looking at Phantom hourglass and I wand an engine which can easily make a completely mouse controled game.

Look if you can't even make your own Zelda engine then you will never able to make a Zelda game.

there's tgf(2), mmf(2), zeldaclassic (don't believe this has mouse control features though)

well gf stuffs up on my pc for some reason so il have another go at gm6 and il try mmf

Game Maker has mouse compatibility if you know what you are doing then you can just work off of that
and make your own engines to better help you
