I was thinking about the tournement and I had a thought. Has anyone done a lowdown of all the characters? Then I thought if I did it, would people read it.

Basically, if I made a lowdown of all the characters, who would read it?

If enough people want it, I'll do it.

such as a little brief on all the characters, I think most people here know about that.

But if you do it, remember that Ike's sword is actually not two handed, it was used by a 'dual swordswoman' so it technically can't be two handed.

Sounds good in theory, but doubtful it would be completed or maintained :p

I think it's something that people have to come into understanding through playing the game rather than reading it :P

Yea I completely agree with his statement. You have to realize that SSB is not a traditional fighting game with super complicated combos and stats. It's all about just jumping in the game and seeing what works for you. The most overview you need kinda already has been covered on the official Brawl website.

There is plenty of information about that on gamefaqs.com already anyway. It's a nice thought, but it's just not worth it.

SmashWiki also goes into great depth as to strategies, moves, information, etc. It's all on the net anyway, sadly. :/
