The surviving remnants of Clover Studios have grouped together as Platinum Games, and they are creating a new Wii exclusive called Mad World. The title alone makes me think it's going to be an attempt at a Gears of War clone for Wii (Mad World is Gears of War's promo theme), etc... The publisher is required to look over the game as it's developed and tell the developers what they should do to "make it better". But I am keeping an eye on this. I don't really care much for the concept (an angry man in a real-life TV show whose required to... kill everyone? I don't know) but it looks like it has the potential to be an outstanding game nonetheless. We shall see. Logged

PlatinumGames (AKA Clover) are the ones developing it. SEGA would have to try really hard to mess this one up. Logged

This game looks awesome. I've heard a little about the story. It's something about a group of terrorists who take over this one city and turn it into a game show. The game show involves surviving. If you live in the city you play. The hero (Jack?) with his awesome chain-arm is playing the game to try and stop the terrorists. Something along those lines at least. I'm definitely going to buy it.
