Another suggestion for the new project system

The original topic creator should have the security access to delete older downloads.
My project now has three downloads.  Only need two.  But I cannot delete the oldest one.
Says I do not have administrative permission.

You should be able to do so, when you say administrative permission, what's the exact error message you're getting?

It's not saying it now, but it is still not deleting the file.

It was saying something like:
You do not have the administrative permission to perform this action.

Something like that.
