I like the Gb ones better. The lttp ones look a bit rushed and out of style. (Well, except the bombers and Laruto which look really good)
Most of the GB sprites are newer (although at this point most of them are a year old). ALTTP style was some of my first sprites. I'm decent at it, but I really enjoy GB style more.
Laruto was the first sheet real ALTTP sheet I completed and it's still typically the favorite. The Bombers are a typical favorite as well. I personally love Dotour and Keaton as well. Many of the sheets were probably done quickly by most standards, but they certainly were not rushed. Many took several hours.
All of the Rosa Sister/Kamaro dance related sprites are a real test. I spent at least a week putting all of those together and I think they turned out decent. The animations aren't the best and they take a lot of work to put together correctly.
Also note that I suck at side views on ALTTP sprites. Thy did the Bomber side views, and Press Start did Laruto, Keaton, & Anubis. All of the other sprites' side views are pretty terrible and that's because I made them myself.
