Yoshi's Safari (SNES)...assuming it gets Wiimote support like Duck Hunt apparently is.
Star Fox (SNES)
Phantasy Star games (Genesis)
Sonic 3 (Genesis)
Paper Mario (N64)

Probably SMRPG, SM64, Kirby 64, Paper Mario, Donkey Kong 64, Banjo-Tooie, and Sonic 3.  I doubt I'd be able to get all those though, if I have to have internet access to get them.  I'm not up-to-date with everything though. ???

I own the DK ones and my roommate owns EWJ for the SNES.

I don't really hope to get a whole bunch of them...most of the consoles that you'll be able to download games for, I already own, and if possible, I prefer owning games on their original consoles (unless there's some sort of enhancement =D). Although I guess I'd want rare/hard to find games, like Zelda/lttp, maybe Secret of Mana...hmm...Conkers Bad Fur Day...can't think of much else. :P I think I own all the consoles other than NES.

Although if it has Sega Saturn (I doubt it, and yes, I really don't know), I'll want Shinining Force 3, assuming that they have the first episodes in english. It'd be cool if they translated the whole thing too.

I'd love to get Goldeneye64, but we all no that's not gonna be possible :P
And the same for Banjo Kazooie.

But I will get some SNES classic RPGs or something.

All i want at the moment.

To be honest, i'd be happy with just the Wii and Zelda but i love the VC and will no doubt be downloading a few.

God i hope they put Mother/Earthbound up on the VC for us westerners.

And Chrono Trigger. We never got that over here in Europe :(

SMW. But anyway, my favourite Nintendo-mag (which I haven't bought for ages) was suggesting that Nintendo should release unreleased games or contents (including beta-stuff) of games, such as MarioKart64 with Kamek, Starfox 2 for SNES or beta-versions of SuperMario64 or Ocarina of Time. That'd be cool!
