lol, is this homophobic Christian !@#$% saying "There is no such thing as gay people"?

Because if so I want to hunt down the makers of the book. <__<

Apart from that, it's probably quite insightful, psychologically. :P

Let's not stray into that, please. But yeah, the author believes homosexuality is caused by a lack of affection from your same-sex parent.

I cant really understand whether its stating that Homosexuality is wrong, or that parents should learn to love as it may affect their children.

Note: No I dont think Homosexuality is wrong... just to clear that up.

Let's not stray into that, please. But yeah, the author believes homosexuality is caused by a lack of affection from your opposite-sex parent.
Wouldn't that be 'Same-Sex' Parent?

Yes, which is totally true, seeing as how I'm 18 and grew up in a fatherless household my entire life and am certified straight. Makes perrrfect sense.

This has some logic, but there are things wrong in it:
1-If the absence of a father would make you think you are gay, what would the absence of a mother cause?
2-Affection and sexual attraction are different things. I know people who are sexually attracted for one sex and psychologically attracted to (i. e. fell in love for) the other sex. So the book explains certain cases of psychological attraction to other men, but does not explain feeling sexual attraction to other men.

Indeed. Especially since I come from a very loving two-parent household and I'm in the centre range of bisexual. :P

That's some good bed-time reading if you ask me. Better than those evil Harry Potter books anyway.
