I am looking for a midi composing program like Jazz++ that lets you use the keyboard to input notes like a piano and such, unless Jazz++ can do that...

Do you mean a musical keyboard or a simple computer keyboard?

Anvil Studio lets you use the computer keyboard to input notes.
For instance:
Q, is Do, W is Re, E is Mi, R is Fa... and so on. But 2 is Do#, 3 is Re#, 5 is Fa#, 6 is Sol#... and so on. The same thing works with the ZXCVBNM row and the row above it.
