I hate character battles. It doesn't matter who would win a fight, it matters who likes one over the other.
Wolverine wins purely based on the fact that he can rapidly heal from even the most tremendous battle wounds that Spidey could dish out.

Spidey doesnt really deal *wounds* though :p he's more of a bludgeoner. I think with Wolverine its more of an issue of restricting his claws. Once you bind him up, he's useless

What has Logan got? Claws, hard bones and regenerative powers.

Petey has the regenerative powers (to a lesser extent), web-slinging, super strength, precognition, those big poisonous spurs, super-grip and a genius-level intellect.

Yeah, Pete would beat Logan, one way or the other.
