Extremis Ironman in a Batman Buster suit designed only to challenge Batman versus post-Crisis blue cape Batman with time to plan. Fight!

My take on the fight:

paradox!

ironman's suit is being modified in the planning time to counter batmans planning to counter the suit which is planned to counter batman's planning.
fight never happens.

OR:

Batman digs into his belt and pulls out his anti-Ironman spray also known as Vodka.

I'd like to point out that the Buster Suits, historically, haven't worked on the whole. Even worse for Tony, Bruce is a master of psychology, and so would be able to guess what enhancements go into the buster suit beforehand, and be able to counter those.

Also, yes, the vodka thing.

It does raise an important question of how far each is willing to go, however: both have proven that they're just ruthless enough to sacrifice (relatively) innocent people in order to win. Stark might just decide to teleport all of Gotham onto an alien world using Kree technology or something.
