The Legend of Zelda : Waves of Time (story)

Hey all, I'm new here, but I've been working on my fangame, The Legend of Zelda : Waves of Time for quite some time. At the moment, I have a demo, but it's just something I was playing around with while I develop my story. I wouldn't pay much attention to it, but if your interested, it's http://www.mediafire.com/?mmtoywl2ix2 (You need RPGMaker XP to run the demo. Sorry! The link for the download is on my webpage, wavesoftime.wordpress.com) (also, this doesn't make it a WIP, I'm going to scrap the whole demo and most likely the engine)

So the main reason why I'm posting is to try and find someone that would be willing to merge their gameplay engine into my storyline and come up with a complete game of awesomeness!

Another thing, If anybody wants a professional logo for their game, I'd be more than happy to make you one. Here's mine:



So without further adieu, here's what I have so far of the story:

    Link and Tetra travel across the Great Sea in search of a new land. One night, they crash upon some rocks and shipwreck near a small island. A couple pirates on the island ask for Link's help when he wakes, and Link goes to recover some treasure that a monster stole on a different island. After Link recovers the treasure, the pirates and Link begin to sail back to the island, when an abnormally large wave capsizes their ship.
    (the one from Twilight Princess) Link is having a couple drinks with Ilia at Telma’s bar, and somebody comes and tells the guards that there is something going on at the lake. Link follows the guards to find a pirate ship crashed in the middle of Lake Hylia. Link explores it to find a few pirates talking about a small kid that they lost when they crashed. Link goes looking for the kid, and he finds him being held in a cave by a huge monster. Link kills the monster and saves the kid. They find out that they look very simmilar, and head back to the ship. The story begins (that was completing the first dungeon btw) In the cave (toon) link found the pirates treasure, the stone statue, Gannon awakens and finds a pool in the cave. He enters, and finds himself in another world (Twilight Princess world). Gannon, thinking that he's revived the lost Hyrule goes to Gerudo desert, where he finds the other Gannon (TP) and awakens him. The godesses talk to the two Links (that are now a team) and tell them that if the Gannon's rage continues, they will have to flood the land of (TP) Hyrule. They also tell them that they need to close the portals between the worlds (the Waves of Time) by entering the pools. Link and (toon) Link travel between both worlds closing the waves of Time. The Gannons try and stop them with hideous monsters and beasts. This is a working storyline, and that was a very brief summary of action. There's going to be quite a bit of things going on in inbetween, but that’s pretty much the gist of it.

So if your interested adapting my story/input into your engine, that'd be very exciting! Also post here or PM me if you want me to make you a logo. Thanks for reading!

You'll have to be more specific on how the two timelines merge. Unless it's the critical climax of the plot, then it's not really necessary yet. And, that logo is sheer awesomeness. Can you sprite?

yeah, I'm definetly not done with the story. The link is the Waves of Time, which go back and forth between the worlds in pools at the end or at some point of every dungeon. How they were formed, why they exist, I dunno. You'll have to find that out once you play my game :)

Oh, thanks for the compliment, too :D and although I've dabbled in spriting, I'm no good at it. I prefer bigger things like logos. Or boxarts, which I have a large gallery full of art at VGBoxart.com. Tell me if you want anything like that done :)

EDIT: Sure thing Jeod, I'll start working on that right away :D

How about a grand Ocarina of Time 2D logo? That's my main project now, and I've actually gotten a bit done. Nothing deserving of a demo though, but I have the menus working.
