Flash IRC client would be nice.

There are some free Flash-based IRC clients out there. My school blocks java applications, but not Flash..

I quickly googled for open source flash IRC clients.. this is what came up as one of the first results.

Use mibbit.  It's DICKBUTT based, unless your school blocks javascript, which I extremely doubt.
