you know how you create a file with a name, after that it takes you to a room, inthe next room if you want to save to that file you made, how do I make it save to that specific file I made?

use a global variable called 'global.currentPlayer' and if the file is, say 1, then have the game save it to that file so basicly like this:
So the Global variable is:
Code: [Select]
global.currentPlayer = 1;
just do this
Code: [Select]
scrWhatEverYourSaveScriptIs(global.currentPlayer);
simple as that no real big scripts needed. sometimes you need to think about the easy ways of doing something instead of making everything seem so hard because 9 times out of 10 the solution is a very simple one. (I have re-written my entity editor for my game a grand total of 12 times to add some features and make it simpiler to use) what i'm trying to say is don't sweat the small stuff and experiment with different ways of doing things
