Apparently you can view youtube with it, but I just get the usual "is javascript turned off?" message when I try to watch a video. Any idea what I do?

I just started using it and it is kind of fun.  I also made this message while on the Wii.  Neat!

Good God, Wii-related awesomeness prevails ^-^!

Nope. It's only free while it remains in beta form.

nope, actually, Nintendo is pushing Opera to have the final by March. The $5 pricetag is not set to go into effect until late June...

On another note, this is my first Wii post!

Its free to use though, cuz you're already paying for an internet connection. Your Wii just acts as another terminal to access it. The final version comes out in March and anytime you download it between then and June, it's free. Afterwards you must pay 5 bucks to download it.

The final version of the Wii internet browser will be available in March, it will continue being free until June. You will be able to continue to use the browser after the price kicks in. Both Nintendo and Opera have said this so unless something changes everyone with a Wii righ now, or who gets one before June will be able to use the final version of Opera for free.

Also, the trial version is not a trial version, it is a beta. That is why you will notice it locks up your system a lot and doesn't have all of the features promised, like full java support...
