You need to bone and animate the model in a seperate program before putting it on Outset. Not only that but you have to explain to us what program you are using.

Hmm you could try Milkshape, anim8or or 3D Canvas pro. There are other ways of animating a model other than rigging it. You could try frame animation, not sure which modelling programs support this but its alot like claymation, adding a new frame of animation changing the models pose, saving that and the making a new frame and repeating the process. you could probably make a really rough walking animation like this with around 10 frames per leg.

-UPDATE-  having just played your gm demo I'd suggest NOT attempting to make a 3D game yet.

That much is probably apparant (I haven't used it), for Uppy to say something like that. I would recommend you practice with two dimensions before you move onto the third, trust me, 3D is HELL to work with, ESPECIALLY when you're inexperienced. Whether you use a language designed for 3D or not :/

There's such a double standard about religion in the modern world. Catholics can gather, wear white robes, and say "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti" and be considered normal.

But if my friends and I gather, wear black robes, and say  "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", we're considered cultists.
